1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BareSoft's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Description

BareSoft is a platform dedicated to showcasing software tools and applications that prioritize minimal AI usage. We offer two types of submissions:

• Free Submission: Basic listing with standard review process (7-14 days)
• Paid Submission ($49): Premium listing with expedited review (2-3 days), additional features, and 30-day money-back guarantee

All submissions are subject to review and approval by our curation team.

3. Submission Guidelines

Tools submitted to BareSoft must not:

• Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Include illegal content or promote illegal activities
• Contain NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content
• Offer financial services or products
• Rely excessively on AI technology
• Violate any third-party rights

BareSoft reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines or is found to use AI more extensively than initially disclosed.

4. User Rights and Responsibilities

Users may:

• Submit multiple tools without limitation
• Request updates to their listings (subject to fees determined on a case-by-case basis)
• Maintain ownership of their content while granting BareSoft display and promotional rights

Users are responsible for ensuring their submissions are accurate and do not violate any third-party rights.

5. Content License

By submitting content to BareSoft, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and promote the submitted content. This includes the right to modify listings for formatting and categorization purposes, and to use submitted materials in marketing efforts.

6. Payment and Refunds

Paid submissions are processed through Stripe. The $49 fee is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. While we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, please note that:

• Refunded listings remain on the platform
• The refund only applies to the submission fee
• Listing updates may incur additional fees

7. Listing Modifications and Removal

BareSoft reserves the right to:

• Modify listings for clarity, formatting, or categorization
• Remove listings that violate our guidelines
• Remove listings found to use AI more extensively than disclosed

Removal decisions are final and not subject to dispute. Users will be notified of any changes or removals via email.

8. Limitations on Updates

While most aspects of a listing can be updated (subject to fees), the name of the application cannot be changed after submission. All update requests will be reviewed by our curation team to ensure they meet our guidelines.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these terms. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
